Merchandise & Order Fulfillment
When you place an order, we collect your name, mailing address and phone nummber. We also collect e-mail addresses at various locations within the site including when your order from the site so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order - such as an order confirmation notice. When you register with NewYorkDesigner.com - we collect whatever info you choose to provide. In addition, we maintain a record of your product interests, purchases and whatever else might enable us to enhance and personalize your shopping experience. We also monitor site use and traffic patterns to improve our website design and the products and services we offer.
Payment
We are currently accepting PayPal and all major credit cards on all domestic and international purchases.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on the location of the recipient. All orders can be tracked.

TRACKING

RETURNS
Policy
Underwear, swimwear, makeup and custom made items are non-refundable, however NewYorkDesigner.com does provide a full refund for all other merchandise as long as the items are returned in their original condition. Returns must be postmarked 7 days from the original shipping date. The NewYorkDesigner.com tag must be attached to the product. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

All goods purchased from NewYorkDesigner.com are F.O.B. at our service center. Title to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery by the service center to a common carrier.

Notwithstanding the provisions of our return policy, the merchandise sold by NewYorkDesigner.com on the site is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, wither express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are imposed by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement.

- safely pack your items with your invoice in a secure box for shipping with our address clearly printed on your box
